On today's podcast episode, I mentioned I would post the Scriptures here. Here they are! ♥
Matthew 21:21-22
So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. "And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Mark 5:33, 36
And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction." ... As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, "Do not be afraid; only believe."
Mark 5:25-29
Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came behind [Him] in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well." Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in [her] body that she was healed of the affliction.
Mark 5:29, 41-42
Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in [her] body that she was healed of the affliction. ... Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, "Talitha, cumi," which is translated, "Little girl, I say to you, arise." Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years [of age]. And they were overcome with great amazement.
Mark 9:23
Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things [are] possible to him who believes."
Mark 10:27
But Jesus looked at them and said, "With men [it is] impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible."
Romans 4:16-22
Therefore [it is] of faith that [it might be] according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all (as it is written, "I have made you a father of many nations") in the presence of Him whom he believed--God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, "So shall your descendants be." And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah's womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore "it was accounted to him for righteousness."
Galatians 3:7, 29
Therefore know that [only] those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. ... And if you [are] Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Deuteronomy 28
The Blessings & Curses
Deuteronomy 28:61
"Also every sickness and every plague, which [is] not written in this Book of the Law, will the LORD bring upon you until you are destroyed.
Matthew 18:18-20
"Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."
1 John 5:14-15
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual [hosts] of wickedness in the heavenly [places]. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints--
As I was copying these verses for you, I noticed this verse in a way I have never seen it before.
Ephesians 6:19-20
"...and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak."
I have been asking the Lord for YEARS how I can speak of these things when my own family and life is not 100% healed and whole all at the same time for me to testify. I believe this Scripture jumped out at me today - AFTER I have taken such a bold step to share with you my imperfect podcast today - as a way of Him showing me where I am.
"that I may open my mouth boldly
to make known
the mystery of the gospel, for which
I am an ambassador in chains,
that in it
I may speak boldly,
as I ought to speak."
Wow! Just wow.
