Amazingly, (and thankfully), the narcissists seem to be following some sort of scripted playbook - which makes a lot of their behavior predictable!!!

One of the best ways to STOP him from taking YOUR energy, is to REMOVE yourself as his supply for his chaotic behavior and personal insecurities (he is likely projecting onto you)! 

The goal of “No Contact” is NOT to hurt, punish, or get revenge- the goal is to create the space you need to allow you to rewire, retrain, and heal to move forward with your life towards the goals and desires you are moving into that will serve you better than the past toxicity, brokenness, or dysfunction.
 
You are NOT controlling the other person.
You are controlling yourself and limiting their access to you when necessary (when healthy boundaries clarified are not respected or honored).
 
Not only have I personally experienced the trauma (& drama!) of trying to leave a narcissistic man (for good), but I have read hundreds of similar stories, and I am honored to currently be in a position to help support you out of this destructive relationship and back into a life you're proud of (and safe in)!
